Due to the nature of products supplied for laboratory and scientific research purposes, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

To help maintain product integrity, quality standards, and proper handling conditions, products that have left our controlled distribution process cannot typically be accepted back into inventory.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
